Chicken Fry
Hi Friends. This is a quick, easy but no compromise in taste recipe. Try this recipe today and enjoy your dish.
Ingredients:
Oil 1 - tspn
Shah Jeera - 1/2 tspn
Pepper - 1/2 tspn
cardamom - 3
Cinnamon - 2 inch
Red chili - 10-12
Coriander seeds - 2 tbspn
Onion - 3
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 10-12 count
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt
Fresh coriander
Curry Leaves
Method:
Dry roast Red chili, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander seeds in a pan for 2 min. Then transfer it to a plate and let it cool.
Add Oil in a pan. Once the oil is heat, add Shah Jeera.
Add Chopped Onion and sauté till light golden brown color.
Add crushed ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Saute for 2 min till the raw smell goes off.
Add Chicken
Add Turmeric powder and salt.
Mix everything for 3 min.
Cover it and cook for 2 min.
Parallelly lets grind the roasted spices into a fine powder.
Add the spices powder into boiling chicken and mix for a minute.
Add 50 ml of water to cook the chicken. After adding water, cover it for 5 minutes and allow to cook.
Based on the thickness you wish you can turn off the heat and add fresh coriander leaves.
